MARKETPLACE – Multi-Vendor Platform for Natural Farm Products
MARKETPLACE was developed for a client who operates a farm and wanted to expand into a larger ecosystem where similar vendors could sell natural and organic products.
Instead of limiting sales to a single source, the idea was to create a platform where multiple vendors can join, list their products, and reach customers who are specifically looking for natural goods.
The platform needed to balance two sides of the experience:
- Vendors managing and selling their products
- Customers browsing and purchasing with ease
Two Portals, Two Experiences, One Platform
The product is built around two completely separate portals that work together seamlessly.
The Vendor Portal: Any vendor in the natural goods space can register on the platform, set up their own storefront, and start listing products. They manage their own inventory, product descriptions, pricing, and photos. Their dashboard gives them visibility into orders placed, sales history, and payout status, so they always know where they stand financially.
The Buyer Portal: Buyers create their own accounts, browse products across all vendor storefronts, and purchase with confidence. The experience is clean and straightforward, built to make it as easy as any mainstream e-commerce platform to find and buy natural goods. Order tracking, purchase history, and communication with vendors are all handled from within the buyer account.
